Join Komal, Head and Senior Trainer at SRMD Yoga UK, for a deeply reflective and grounding yoga session rooted in self-awareness and inner work. Komal is a registered Yoga Teacher and leads live classes from the SRMD London Spiritual Centre, as well as in-person sessions at hospitals and corporate settings.

This gentle session begins with quiet centring and intention-setting, followed by calming pranayama practices like deep belly breathing and alternate nostril breathing. The asana flow includes accessible, mindful postures—such as Child’s Pose and gentle twists—designed to encourage observation without judgment. Pauses for stillness are woven throughout, nurturing present-moment awareness. The practice concludes with guided relaxation (Savasana), a short meditation such as breath awareness or loving-kindness, and a reflective closing, helping participants carry clarity and compassion into their daily lives. Ideal for all levels, this session offers a nurturing space to reconnect with the self—body, breath, and beyond.
