Why Heartfulness? The heart is the center of our existence. It allows us to feel deep states of love, joy and inner peace. It is the source of intuitive guidance and wisdom, and it paves the way to living a more balanced life.
Heartfulness has been teaching the timeless tradition of meditation on the heart for over 100 years. Through guided meditation and reflection, its goal is to foster poise, clarity and contentment — values especially relevant in the fast-paced, interconnected world we live in.
In Heartfulness Yoga, the focus is on cultivating a meditatively aware Yoga practice, combining the benefits of Yoga and Meditation which restores emotional balance.
The session will be led by Paridhi Singh, a certified RYS200 Yoga and Heartfulness meditation trainer. Her goal is to help share the gift of holistic health offered by Heartfulness tools in a nurturing, joyful and playful manner, one Yoga flow at a time.
