“Sadhana” is an exploration of Bharatanatyam as a sacred discipline—where practice transcends repetition and becomes a path to the eternal. In the current hustle bustle of the world, we find it hard to take time and find stillness. Sadhana allows us to quieten the mind in its unwavering pursuit of truth, through devotion, perseverance, and self-surrender. As every gesture becomes an offering, the boundaries between dancer, dance, and the Divine dissolve. Join me on this journey, where Bharatanatyam reveals itself not merely as an art form, but as a spiritual practice that refines the soul and awakens inner peace.
