Chandana Gopalakrishna is a Bharatanatyam artist with over twenty years of rigorous training and performance experience. She ear ned the prestigious title of Vidushi in 2021 after achieving first-class distinction in her Final Vidwat examination. With over 12 years of training under Acharya Ashok Kumar, her artistic journey includes numerous solo and group presentations, dance dramas, and thematic productions performed across national and international platforms. She has performed on prestigious platforms like Mysuru Dasara, Hampi Utsava, Bengaluru Ganesha Utsava, Midland Arts centre, ICCR Bengaluru to name a few. Her work reflects disciplined technique, expressive depth, and a commitment to preserving and sharing the classical tradition with diverse audiences.
Shreya Vathsa began learning Kathak at the age of ten under the guidance of Gurus Smt. Nirupama Rajendra and Sri T. D. Rajendra at Abhinava Dance School later learning Karanas and choreography. She participated in workshops conducted by eminent masters such as Pandit Birju Maharaj, Dr. Maya Rao, Guru Kumudini Lakhia and Guru Aditi Mangaldas. She presented her solo debut performance, “Samarpan”, in October 2018. As a performing artist with Abhinava Dance Company, Shreya has performed at prestigious festivals across India and internationally, including ICCR Bengaluru, Vasundarotsava (Mysore), Tapas Natyotsava (Chennai), The Bhavan (London), Drive East Festival (USA) and other notable events in the UK and USA. Deeply passionate about her art, Shreya is committed to sharing her Guru and Paramaguru’s legacy with rasikas across the world.
