Ekta Ki Awaaz (A Unity Concert)

Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel was hugely instrumental in unifying different princely States integrating them into Independent India.

On his birth anniversary on 31 October, it is befitting for the diaspora to remember, appreciate and celebrate the National Integration Day/Unity Day through Dance and Songs.

Our rich diversity in arts, attires, languages philosophy and spiritual leanings is an excellent example of co-existence. An appreciation of the same leads to mutual respect and better understanding.

The concert Ekta ki Awaaz highlights coming together of various communities representing different cultural aspects with the strength of unified thought- We are One. The composition is penned by Jnanpeeth Awardee Padma Bhushan Dr C Narayana Reddy and produced by Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee Guru Dr Uma Ramarao. There will be dances depicting the unity in arts diversity, and songs that highlight national integration and unity.
