As part of the India-UK Year of Culture, we will be bringing some of the best exponents of Indian classical and folk dance forms to the UK in October. These include the Chhau, Kathakali and Gotipua which will feature at the Gala event on 4 October at the Royal festival Hall. The groups will also be performing at the Nehru Centre on 5th October. The groups are sponsored by the Ministry of Culture. The groups and performances are as follows

Shilpika Society of Culture: Gotipua
Lasya Akademi of Mohiniyattam: RadhaMadhavam, based on the eternal love of Radha and Krishna of Indian Mythology, is an aesthetic blend of Mohiniyattam and Kathakali.
