The exhibition will consist of 75 breathtakingly beautiful, handmade pieces of work, inspired by various ancient Indian Arts and Crafts, including Madhubani Art. It will take place alongside a photo exhibition of the 75 participating women artists from India, and is sure to leave art lovers, members of the diaspora here and sustainable fashion champions alike, enthralled and inspired by the creativity on offer.
The exhibition will be curated by MITHILAsmita Founder Ihitashri Shandilya and is delighted to welcome participation from organisations such as the UK India Dosti Festival, Tate Modern UK, Crafts Council UK, and the Banasthali Vidyapith India.
