Chirag Dashrathbhai Rana has been painting since he was a child. He has a Diploma in Fine Art from L.S College, V.V Nagar, Gujarat; and has won awards for his work at the 6th National Art Competition in Ujjain in 2007, and at the Annual Exhibition at L.S College of Fine Arts in 2005. His work has been exhibited at various exhibitions in India.

Chirag’s latest collection, Vivasvan, uses the cattle as a means to express the various aspects of our world that influence human and animal life alike. In this collection, Chirag primarily engages in creating oil paintings on canvasses, focusing on the centrality of Cattle in ancient Indian culture to depict the various emotions that often feature in, and sometimes transcend, human life.
