Through an elegant blend of storytelling, explanation, and Kathak performance, the session will explore the symbolism, expressions, and rhythms that convey devotion and artistry, offering audiences a deeper understanding of classical dance and its spiritual dimensions.
The session will be presented by Richa Srivastava, a renowned Kathak performer and teacher who conducts regular classes at the Nehru Centre, London, and has been passionately spreading the love of Kathak across the UK. She is the Artistic Director of Arambh Kathak Pathshala.
