Eddie Stern is a Yoga instructor, author, and researcher from NYC. He has studied Ashtanga Yoga for 19 years in Mysore and went on to become a Yoga teacher to the celebrities in New York. Over the past two decades he has focused on non-profit work providing access to Yoga for underserved youth in public education and those at risk to gun violence in inner cities. He is currently earning a master’s degree in science for yoga research and is the author of the best-selling One Simple Thing, a New Look at the Science of Yoga and How it can Transform Your Life, and creator of The Breathing App and Yoga365.

Mira Manek is the author of best-selling books Saffron Soul and Prajna and trained as an Integrated Health Practitioner. She is the founder of chai brand Chai by Mira and is also a lecturer at the CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) in the UK.

Ritika Patni is the Founder of Arth - Art of Health, an Ayurveda inspired health & wellness company which is on a mission to empower individuals to live their healthiest lives possible. Ritika started her career as a corporate lawyer at Linklaters in London and went on to become a management consultant to Fortune 500 consumer companies for 9+ years. She was also selected as the youngest member of the team that led global efforts to take Ayurveda to 75 countries in 2020 with support from the Ministry of AYUSH and ICCR. With a law degree from India’s top law school, NUJS and MBA from Columbia University, she has also been recognised as one of Milken Institute’s Young Leaders.

Dr.Murthy is an internationally acclaimed Functional Medicine and Ayurvedic physician and a renowned public health specialist, who is a strong advocate for bridging eastern health traditions with current evidence-based health care. Dr.Murthy is the founder of The Murthy Clinic, London , former head of Ayurvedic Medicine, WellparkCollege of Natural Therapies, Auckland, New Zealand (2004-2014) and a researcher at the Australian Research Centre in Complementary and Integrative Medicine (ARCCIM), Sydney, Australia. Dr.Murthy is the lead for Ayurveda, College of Medicine, UK and Chief Scientific Officer, Ayurveda in Health Care, UK. With his vast experience as a clinician, teacher, educator, researcher and author stretching over two decades (since 1994) across India, New Zealand, Australia and the UK, Dr.Murthy is a sought after clinician and speaker at various international research and health conferences. Dr.Murthy, now lives in London, where he practices from the prestigious Harley Street and Wimpole Street as an integrative health care provider. He holds a PhD in health services research from the University of Technology Sydney and has published research papers on the use of Complementary and Alternative Medicine by Australian women. Besides contributing to peer-reviewed journals, he also regularly writes for health magazines in the UK.
