Chittal Shah is a renowned dance teacher, she runs a very popular dance school called Dancenbeats. Chittal has performed in various stage shows and has been a part of TV shows like Strictly Navaratri (BBC), Chai Tak (Aaj Tak), Out and About (Zee TV), Spiritual Live (MA TV), Talk of the town (B4U TV). She has also participated in performances with famous stars like Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Mark Ram Prakash, Raveena Tandon, Heena Khan and Rohan Mehra.

Lavani is a genre of music popular in Maharashtra. Lavani is a combination of traditional song and dance, which is particularly performed to the beats of Dholki (a percussion instrument). Lavani is noted for its powerful rhythm and the songs are sung in a quick tempo.

Ghoomar is a traditional folk dance of Rajasthan, India and is usually performed by women in veil wearing flowing dresses called Ghaghara.

Garba is a form of dance which originated in the Indian state of Gujarat. The name is derived from the Sanskrit term Garbha (womb) and Deep (a small earthenware lamp). Traditional Garba is performed around a centrally lit lamp or a picture or statue of the Goddess Shakti an object of veneration.it is performed during the nine-day Hindu festival Navratri.

Raas or Dandiya is the traditional folk dance form of Gujarat, India and is associated with scenes of Holi, and Lila of Krishna and Radha at Vrindavan. Along with Garba, it is the featured dance of Navratri evenings in Western India.

Bhangra refers to the traditional dance originating in the Majha area of the Punjab region. Traditional Bhangra originated in Punjab, India and modern Bhangra was developed by the Punjabi diaspora. Traditional Bhangra is performed in a circle using traditional dance steps.
