The Gronthee International Literature Festival is returning to the city of London for the third time with readings by a few leading poets and writers joining from India, Bangladesh, Latin America, Sweden and happening around Keats House, Poplar Union, Queen Mary University and Brady Arts Centre.

The session at The Nehru Centre will feature a talk on Poetry and peace by Professor Tapodhir Bhattacharjee (The former vice chancellor of Assam University) with reading by Shamim Reza (Bangladesh), Bibhas Chowdhury (India), David Lee Morgan (UK), Gaby Sambuccetti (Argentina) Johanna Carvajal (Mexico) Debasish Chanda (India), Oz Hardwick (UK), Stephen Watt (UK), Marie Hamilton (UK), Hanna Kromer (Belarus) amongst others.

The session will also witness a brief discussion on the launch of the book called Independence to Freedom by an iconic Indian classical music promoter in the UK, the founder of Asian Music Circuit Viram Jassani and a superstar appearance by Jimmy Page who will launch this book.

The book is about his own memoir and philosophical discourse, his journey to promote classical music here and his own inner universe of Kali Sadhona.
