Join us for a Yoga for Beginners session designed to help you build a strong foundation for improved mental clarity, physical wellbeing, and inner peace. This specially curated session will include practices focused on spinal alignment, joint mobility, and breathwork—offering benefits such as enhanced concentration, improved memory, and a deep sense of calm throughout the day. The session will be conducted by the Isha Foundation in collaboration with Sweta Bahri and will be led by experienced instructors Sweta Bahri and Tejal Thakker.

Tejal is a dedicated teacher from the Isha Foundation, who brings over 15 years of personal practice and has completed 1750 hours of residential Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Isha Yoga Centre. Tejal has been conducting programs across the UK and internationally, offering yoga in its most authentic and transformative form. Sweta Bahri, a faculty member at The Nehru Centre and an accomplished yoga practitioner with over a decade of experience, is known for integrating traditional Indian yoga with modern sensibilities through retreats across the UK and Europe. Together, they will create a nurturing space to explore the essence of yoga in its classical depth. This session will be held at The Holland Park.
