Heartfulness is based on contemplative practices which are centred on the heart, integrating scientific inquiry with ancient Yogic wisdom of 'Raja Yoga' which is 'Yoga for the Mind'. In Heartfulness Yoga, the focus is on cultivating a meditatively aware Yoga practice to integrate the body, mind and heart into a purified whole offering the combined benefits of Yoga and Meditation. The session will be led by Heartfulness Yoga and Meditation trainer Paridhi Singh. Her goal is to help share the gift of holistic health offered by Heartfulness tools in a nurturing, joyful and playful manner, one Yoga flow at a time. In this session we will focus on nurturing a healthy heart in two ways: physically through Yoga and spiritually through Heartfulness meditation.
