The Nehru Centre (TNC), the cultural wing of the High Commission of India in London, is pleased to inform that the second batch of yoga and dance courses will commence on April 15, 2023.

The duration of yoga and dance courses would be eight weeks (3 hours per week), with a new batch starting every two months. The classes are offered free of charge to all yoga and dance enthusiasts.
The total number of seats under each course is fixed at between 25 and 30 students.
It may be noted that participants will be allocated seats on a first-come, first-served basis, as the seats are limited.
