Roshni Nair is a Bharatnatyam artist based in Dubai, dancing has been a passion for her since a very tender age.
She is the recipient of the Cultural Talent Search Scholarship for Bharatnatyam provided by The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) in the year 1993 and a member of the International Dance Council under UNESCO, Paris. Having an MBA degree in Human Resources and CPP certification from CIPD, UK to her academic credentials, Roshni has been functioning as an HR professional for over a decade and was working as Manager- Human Resources with one of leading property developers in the Dubai when she decided to pursue dance as her main focus of life.
Roshni is trained extensively in Bharatnatyam under the tutelage of distinguished Gurus; Dr. C. Venugopalan Nair (Head of the department of Dance, Sree Sankara Sanskrit University, Kalady, Kerala), and Gurus Sri. Kalakshetra Sahadevans and is further continued under the expert guidance of the very reputed Nattuvanar Guru Sri. K S Balakrishnan Chennai. She sees dance way beyond a career and dreams to establish a strong identity of an artist, dancing to express the inner self and enrich life with the divinity of eternal dance experience.
