A literary and cultural event presented jointly by Katha UK and India's literary organization - Hindi Academy, Mumbai. During this event, a book "Pravasi Sahitya: Samvedana Evam Shilp" (प्रवासी साहित्य: संवेदना एवं शिल्प) edited by Dr. Pramod Pandey will be launched.
Five dignitaries from the United Kingdom and a few others from India would be honoured during the event for their lifetime contribution to various fields.
The focus of the event is to "Build bridges between the UK and India through literature and culture." The main objective of this program is a mutual exchange of culture and literature between the two nations.
Shri Deepak Chaudhary (Minister Coordination - High Commission of India, London) will be the chief guest of this event. Shri Virendra Sharma (MP - London UK) will chair the event. Councillor Zakia Zubairi will be the host. The guests of honour will be Dr. Snehal Pinto (Director- Ryan International Group of Institutions), Ms. Arya Sharma (famous film actress) also litterateurs, educationists and social workers from India and UK will be present.
