Sohini Roychowdhury is a distinguished Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer, author, and professor of Natyashastra with a global presence through her institutions, Sohinimoksha World Dance & Communications and Sohinimoksha Artes de La India. She teaches at 17 universities worldwide and performs at major venues across continents. Sohini has received numerous prestigious awards and is known for her impactful books, including "Indian Stage Stories," "The Dance of Kali," and "Adi Shiva – The Philosophy of Cosmic Unity," co-authored with Rishi Dasgupta. A passionate social activist, she works towards the upliftment of marginalized children through her art.
Jonathan Mayer, a prominent sitarist in the UK, has toured internationally and studied under renowned musicians such as Clem Alford and Pandit Subroto Roy Chowdhury. He is co-director of First-Hand Records and artistic director of Zeroclassikal.
Rishi Dasgupta, a multilingual global citizen with a master’s in economics from the University of St. Andrews, is also an accomplished guitarist and gamer. His second book, "Adi Shiva – The Philosophy of Cosmic Unity," reflects his deep interest in ancient Indian philosophies and mythologies.
