An enchanting melodious event highlighting various aspects and shades of Rabindrasangeet in Bengali, English, Hindi and other languages nationally and internationally and how these songs were also depicted in Bollywood movies by other producers and writers, recitation of Tagore’s famous poems and dances on his famous renditions.
The singers and musicians are highly talented artists from Kolkata such as Prakrity Ganguly, qualified as Sangeet Vibhakar and Sangeet Visharad and who has performed for all India Radio and Kolkata Doordarshan and Sanjoy Dey an extremely talented and popular young singer from London who owns a musical school in East London and teaches Rabindrasangeet and Bengali music. He has received the RD Burman award.
