Dr. P. Raghu Ram OBE is an internationally renowned Surgeon, Public Health Advocate, Breast Health Educator and Social Entrepreneur.

After completing higher surgical and subspecialty training in the United Kingdom, he returned to India in 2007 to care for his mother following her breast cancer diagnosis and to serve his motherland. Over the past two decades, he has transformed breast healthcare in India through clinical innovation, public health advocacy, surgical education and pioneering digital health initiatives.

He is the Founder & Chairman of the Ushalakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation and Founding Director of the KIMS–USHALAKSHMI Centre for Breast Diseases in Hyderabad. His pioneering work in breast health awareness has been recognised with three Guinness World Records, in addition to the Padma Shri, the Dr. B.C. Roy National Award and the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).

His lifelong mission is simple: to empower people with trusted, evidence-based breast health information, promote early detection and improve lives.
