Award winning royal icing artist Prachi Dhabal Deb presents an immersive session celebrating India’s heritage through edible art. Inspired by traditional handlooms, jewellery and crafts, Prachi transforms the intricate beauty of Banarasi, Paithani and Rajasthani motifs into exquisite creations made entirely of vegan royal icing.

The session combines storytelling, visual presentation and hands-on experience. Audiences will be invited to decorate a small cookie/biscuit canvas alongside Prachi, recreating simple embroidery-inspired designs. A symbolic way to take home a piece of India’s artistic legacy.

Recognised by the World Book of Records, London and honoured at the Oxford University during India Week, Prachi’s work bridges Indian tradition with global artistry. She was also felicitated by British MP Bob Blackman and featured by the Australia High Commission for being the first Indian Ambassador and senior judge at International Cake Show Australia.
