Dr Ramya Mohan (‘The Singing Psychiatrist’) highlights the importance of creativity in the creation and health of the human psyche through Mindscapes. She explores creativity as a bridge between neuroscience, emotions, mental health and community wellbeing through an interactive interdisciplinary expert panel and musical narrative. Renowned experts from the fields of Psychiatry, Medicine, Music, Arts and Culture provide perspectives on how creative arts can empower the evolutionary life cycle of human beings. Bridging vision, creation, identity and connection for mental health, community awareness and development, the creative arts support children, young people and families to understand and express themselves. Panelists will include Dr M N Nandakumara, Dr Ramya Mohan, Dr William Shanahan, Mr Anil Joshi and Prof Rama Gheerawo.

The musical narrative explores how music and storytelling illuminate the human journey of anticipation, evolution, identity, mindfulness, connection, growth, healing and hope. Blending expert insights with artistic expression, the programme culminates in a multilingual Indian and Western fusion music performance, demonstrating the transformative power of creativity in fostering individual and collective wellbeing.
