The Nehru Centre (TNC), the cultural wing of the High Commission of India in London, is pleased to inform you that the centre has planned to organise a fifth batch of yoga, kathak, and Bharatanatyam classes in its premises starting November 18, 2023 and last until 21st January 2024.
The duration of Yoga & Dance courses would be for a period of eight weeks (3 hours Per week) & a new batch would commence after every two months. The classes are offered free of cost to all Yoga & Dance enthusiasts. The total number of seats under each course is fixed between 25 to 30 students only. It may be noted that participants will be allocated seats on first come first served basis, as the seats are limited.
Please Note: There will be no classes on 23 & 24 and 30 &31 December 2023.

Yoga for Beginners

Note: participants will have to bring their own Yoga mats, sheets, towels, tissues etc.
Kathak for Beginners
Duration: - November 18th to 21st January 2024
Days: - Every Saturday and Sunday
Age: - 12 to 35 years
Number of seats: 30
Time: - 10.15 to 11.45
Venue: - The Nehru Centre, 8, South Audley Street W1K 1HF, London.
Bharatanatyam for Beginners
Duration: - November 18th to 21st January 2024
Days: - every Saturday and Sunday
Age: - 12 to 35 years
Number of seats: 30
Time: - 12.00 noon to 1.30 pm
